All our professionals at Lake Minnetonka Dental maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in dentistry.

Bryan Laskin, DDS

Dr. Bryan Laskin is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Minnesota Dental School. Dr. Laskin founded Lake Minnetonka Dental in 2001, with a strong desire to provide the highest quality dentistry available using the latest technology in a friendly, comforting environment. He has also been recognized by his peers, being voted a "Top Dentist" in both Minneapolis/St. Paul and Minnesota Monthly magazines.

Dr. Laskin is passionate about pursuing the most advanced dental techniques and materials, dedicating himself to many advanced clinical training courses each year. These have ranged from becoming certified in Invisalign orthodontics, Essix minor tooth movements, and Lumineers veneers, to courses in areas such as laser dentistry and computer aided design restorative procedures. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, Minneapolis District Dental Society, as well as being involved in several continuing education organizations.

Dr. Laskin also regularly donates his time and services to the Donated Dental Services, volunteering to provide comprehensive dental treatment free of charge to those who cannot afford treatment due to our most vulnerable people; disabled, elderly or medically-compromised individuals who cannot afford necessary treatment nor get public aid.

Dr. Laskin and his wife, Tesa, have two children. In his spare time Dr. Laskin enjoys martial arts, snowboarding, boating, drawing and painting.

Boyd J. Schreiber, DDS

Dr. Schreiber received both his Bachelor's and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees at the University of Minnesota. After graduation he served in the US Army Dental Corps both at home and abroad doing rotations in a number of dental specialties. Upon returning he has practiced in the Lake Minnetonka area ever since.

Dr. Schreiber is a member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, Minneapolis District Dental Society, the Minnesota Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy for the Study of Dental Occlusion and other continuing education organizations.

Dr. Schreiber has completed the Continuum at the L. D. Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Education and continues to attend numerous updated courses and technical seminars each year. He has been recognized by his peers, being voted as "Top Dentist" in Minnesota Monthly magazine.

Dr. Schreiber and his wife, Karen, have four children. In his free time he enjoys skiing, biking, boating, yoga and traveling.

Jim McKone, DDS

Dr. Jim McKone has had his dental practice in this location since 1975. He graduated from The University of Iowa dental school in 1973 and served in the U.S. Air Force as a dentist for two years.

Dr. Jim McKone is a general dentist who has taken many advanced dental courses so that he is able to provide most types of dental services including cosmetic dentistry, white fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, children's dentistry, traditional orthodontics, Invisalign orthodontics, treatment of gum disease, dental implant restorations, and teeth whitening.

As a 30 year resident of Plymouth, Dr. McKone has seen there are many needy families right in our own area and since 1989 has found it very rewarding to work with Interfaith Outreach to give free dentistry for our neighbors in need.

Away from the office Dr. McKone enjoys golf, frequent visits to Florida, and bird watching.
